File Store

The File Store is used to store and manage documents within the EcoPhi platform.

It enables users to complement system and plant data with additional information and create a centralized knowledge base for their systems.

Typical Use Cases

• Photos of manual meter readings
• Damage reports
• System specifications
• Reports and documentation

Access

• Available at the Organization level
• Available at the Site level
• When a Site is shared with a Sub-Organization and the file_store.use permission is granted, the Sub-Organization can access files at the Site level
• Sub-Organizations do not have access to files at the Organization level
• Sub-Organizations can only view files within the Site tab

File Upload

• Add new files using the Upload File button
• Allowed file types are displayed during upload
• Files uploaded from the Site tab are linked to the corresponding Site
• Files uploaded via the left navigation are linked to the Organization

Sorting, Filtering & Search

Files can be organized and refined using:

• Sorting by:

  • Name
  • User
  • Upload time
  • File size

• Filtering by:

  • File type

• Search by:

  • File name
  • Uploading user
